Fernanda is a Leadership Coach and Consultant with 10 years of experience in management consulting, organisational change, talent development and entrepreneurship. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University College London and a Masters in International Employment Relations and Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Fernanda has held leadership and consultant roles in various organisations such as Accenture, BHP Billiton and Decision Dynamics.

In 2018, she became a Certified Leadership Coach with the Institute of Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University. She is certified as Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has worked with individuals, teams and leaders in start-ups, medium- sized businesses and large organisations in education, finance, marketing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, public sector and other industries.
