This is Day 2 of a three-session workshop that starts on Tuesday the 10th of December. It is designed for seasoned executives, emerging leaders, or entrepreneurs who wish to dive deeper into their self-awareness regarding decision-making, communication, leadership styles, relationships at work and how these interact with stress.

Session 2: Understanding decision-making styles

During this session, we explore the importance of self-awareness in the context of leadership and learn about decision-making according to Decision Dynamics’s assessment based on M. Driver and colleagues’ research. Throughout an interactive session, you will have the opportunity to integrate this knowledge with your profile results.
